"AI FOR ENTERPRISES AND START-UPS" is a practice-oriented workshop and lecture series that shows start-up founders and enterprises how artificial intelligence can be used specifically to develop, optimize and successfully establish business models on the market. The participants work on real examples and learn through hands-on demonstrations how AI-supported tools can support every step of the founding process - from idea generation to growth planning. PROGRAM STRUCTURE: 1. DEVELOPMENT AND FORMULATION OF A BUSINESS IDEA INCLUDING USP USING AI Using a real example, participants learn how strategic prompt engineering can be used to develop, refine and test a business idea and its USP. 2. FINE-TUNING THE BUSINESS MODEL WITH AI Business models are further optimized using AI tools. Strategic approaches such as SWOT analyses and prompt-engineering help to make the model watertight and align it for long-term success. 3. CREATING BUSINESS AND FINANCING PLANS Participants learn how to create a comprehensive business and financing plan using AI-supported methods. Milestones and process structures are clearly defined. 4. NEXT GENERATION MARKETING STRATEGIES This part shows how innovative marketing strategies can be developed and successfully implemented using AI. Budget planning and financing are also taken into account. 5. SCALING AND GROWTH PLANNING Participants develop structured growth plans that can be flexibly adapted to different company developments using AI. Scenarios for alternative growth strategies are shown. 6. MEASURING SUCCESS AND OPTIMIZING THROUGH DATA ANALYSIS Using AI tools, participants learn to collect and analyze company data and derive optimizations for their strategies. 7. COMPLIANCE: LEGALLY COMPLIANT USE OF AI Training on the safe use of AI in day-to-day business. The recently passed EU AI Act is binding for Europe.
